So we recently took delivery of a Starboard Hypernut 9’0 x 31.5” in Starlite 2018. The Starboard Hypernut range has been around for a few years now and is getting better and better. The 9’0 x 31.5” provides buckets of stability with stacks of performance. The ride of the Hypernut is very different to conventional shapes, you can take mellow, glide along and pull some drawn out turns of slash it about like high performance board. The down-the-line speed is incredible for a wide board. It’s a great deal of fun to ride and I’ve tried it in 1 foot must to head high chunky sets and it soaks it up.
