This great naturally processed coffee comes from Mario Acosta’s farm in the Ahuachapán region of El Salvador. The farm has been producing coffee since 1908 and more recently Mario has been producing high quality speciality coffee including placing in the Cup of Excellence competition in 2011.
Roasted as an ‘omni’ roast, meaning it’s great for both filter and espresso brew methods. We’ve been loving the moreish berry flavours and creamy body in flat whites at the roastery. The subtle pear acidity and balanced honey sweetness comes through when brewed for filter.
