Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number.
Please make sure to send this with your retuned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected  please allow up to 5 days for your order to be refunded or exchanged. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed by your payment provider.

The item being returned is your responsibility until it reaches us.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
UK FREE SHIPPING OVER £100 ON ALL INFLATEABLE BOARDS AND SMALL ITEMS
Hard boards and other large items will be charged £50 for shipping.

All items shipped must be fully checked over before accepting from courier. When signed for, the item is the responsibility of the customer and any damage found after signing for is the customers responsibility.
