We’re a specialist UK watersports retailer based in Christchurch, Dorset. We’re paddlers, racers, repairers and real humans behind the screen. These terms are here to keep everything clear and fair for everyone.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

To place an order, you must:

We work hard to make sure descriptions, pricing and stock levels are accurate. However:

We may limit quantities in certain cases
If a clear pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
4. Delivery & Shipping
We use trusted couriers and provide tracking wherever possible.
Current Shipping Rates:

£4.94 – Orders £0.00–£99.00 (Evri 3–5 days)

£1.99 – Orders £100.00–£249.00 (Standard 2–4 business days)

FREE Express Delivery – Orders £250.00 and above (1–3 business days)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier performance.
Delivery is confirmed via courier GPS tracking and/or photographic proof of delivery.
Once an order is confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.
If you believe a parcel has been stolen after confirmed delivery, this must be reported to the police directly.
Please double-check your delivery details — we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Supplier Fulfilment / Drop Shipping
Some products may ship directly from our trusted brand partners or distributors.
In these cases:

Packaging may differ from The SUP Store branding

Tracking may originate from the supplier

Delivery times may vary
Delivery-confirmed items are treated as delivered in accordance with Section 4.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer regulations and our Returns Policy.
To qualify:

Items must be unused

In original packaging

In resaleable condition

Approved in writing before being returned
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Deposits are non-refundable

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable

Watersports equipment used on the water cannot be returned
Refunds are processed after inspection and may include a restocking fee of up to 20% where applicable.

7. Order Verification
We may cancel or refuse any order that:

Appears to be placed for resale without agreement

Raises fraud prevention concerns
We are not liable for incorrect deliveries resulting from inaccurate customer information.

Watersports carry inherent risks.
By purchasing from us, you accept responsibility for:

We are not liable for injury, damage or loss resulting from misuse, negligence or failure to follow safety practices.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
