The NSP Carolina EVO is the evolution of one of the most recognised and successful race boards in stand up paddleboarding. Developed over more than two years and proven at the highest level of competition, the Carolina EVO helped Duna Gordillo secure the 2024 ISA Technical World Title on a pre-production model. Built from the foundations of the original Carolina, the EVO version introduces a refined nose shape with reduced volume, creating a lighter, faster and more responsive feel on the water.
The updated design allows paddlers to confidently ride narrower widths thanks to its lower centre of gravity and optimised volume distribution. This results in increased speed and efficiency without sacrificing the stability and control the Carolina range is known for. The reduced nose volume also improves performance in upwind conditions and lighter downwind paddling, making the Carolina EVO especially well suited to lighter or less powerful riders while still performing exceptionally well for larger and more experienced paddlers.
The recessed dugout deck enhances stability and connection to the board, while the high-performance tail design allows for fast, smooth buoy turns during technical racing. NSP’s Accelerator Vacuum System (AVS) quickly drains water from the standing area, helping keep the board light and efficient throughout your race or training session.
Constructed in NSP’s premium Pro Carbon technology with carbon Innegra reinforcements in key impact areas, the Carolina EVO offers an excellent balance of lightweight performance, stiffness and durability.
