-The widest board in our Voyager range 12'6 x 32" suits taller / heavier riders looking for next level touring comfort. Designed for bigger paddlers who are keen to explore, the 12'6" Voyager inflatable paddleboard blends performance with practicality.
-For ambitious adventurers, the 13'2" x 30"Voyager inflatable paddleboard takes epic expeditions in its stride. Made for competent paddlers seeking the thrill of exploration and satisfaction of covering greater distances, it’s the board of choice for many of the world’s most intrepid wilderness paddlers.
The V-hull and twin fin set up gives almost laser guided tracking, allowing for less paddle stroke adjustments to maintain a straight course and makes it easier to cover distances. The Red Paddle Co Voyager range is designed for longer journeys when you are carrying more kit and weight. Although less manoeuvrable than the Sport boards, you can effortlessly cruise along canals and rivers for long periods of time.
Being one of the first inflatable paddle board companies in the industry, we have been developing boards and materials for over 14 years. This development has led to our exclusive MSL material made from specially produced, high density drop stitch giving a stronger and stiffer core. The MSL technology allows us to make a thinner board which gives us best in class control and handling.
The patented RSS batten system adds 30% more stiffness than other boards of this size. Underneath the board are two removable US box fins. This system is the most widely used in the board sport industry, allowing for easy removal and replacement when necessary. By having two shorter fins rather than one longer fin, you'll be able to get into much shallower waters, opening up a wider variety of waterways to paddle.
Construction
What is MSL®? Safe. Stiff. Durable.
Monocoque Structural Laminate or MSL® is the world’s leading drop-stitch material. Exclusive to Red Paddle Co boards, it’s made to our exact specifications.
Monocoque: meaning the coating is integral to the structure. MSL® drop-stitch technology integrates a highly durable, reinforced coating to the ultra-high-definition weave to form an inseparable base layer.
Structural: the high-tensile drop-stitch fibres are designed to withstand pressures in excess of 22psi, meaning Red boards can be inflated to provide unrivalled stiffness and confidence, no matter the rider weight or prevailing conditions.
Laminate: the reinforced composite coating is bonded to the textile core using machine welding that applies heat and pressure to the inner PVC layer, saving over 2kg of adhesives and reducing cosmetic and safety concerns. Produced under low tension, this process creates a torsional stiffening effect when the boards are inflated, making MSL® stiffer at lower pressures.
