20 DAYS OF BOARD LOVE GUARANTEE 

At The SUP Store we want everyone to have the board of their dreams, we are so confident you will love it - that we will swap it if you don't.

The SUP LOVE GUARANTEE - it is as simple as if you don't like it we will swap it *

 

We understand that sometimes you make the wrong choice, maybe it's the size, construction or you just can't get on with it  - our aim is to make everyone LOVE their kit therefore we will swap it (*terms apply) *for any in stock item as long as it's in a 20 day window after purchase date. 

We do have a few terms for the SUP LOVE GUARANTEE.

• Contact to us to start the process must be within 20 days of purchase.
• Your new board must be the same price you paid for the initial purchase or you can add some more pennies towards your new one.
• We can't swap for store credit ,  apply any discount codes or swap the board for the same model in different colour.
• You will have to cover the cost to get it back to us with applicable insurance plus a £20 admin fee and a cleaning fee if needed.
• The board is the customers responsibility until the board reaches us, so if any damage is incurred it will be at your cost.
• All board and accessories must be in good condition and we can't take any boards which have been repaired or need repairs, any kit with alterations like rail tape, new d rings, will not be accepted.
• Once the board is received by us we will check it over, assess and a final value will be agreed , if we do not agree the board can be shipped back to you at your cost.

Please clean the board we don't want to charge you to clean it (we recommend the SAVIOUR board cleaner). The SUP LOVE GUARANTEE applies to 1 board swap per customer per year. 

 

* SO HOW -

1. Email us a picture of the board you would like to swap along with you full name, order number and which new board you would like -  we will get back to you asap to let you know if you all the conditions and if you are valid.
2. Send back the board in its original packaging - at your cost.
3. We receive package and check over which can take up to 5 days.
4. We shall contact you with an answer to whether we can progress and if any more costs apply.
5. Once all confirmed and paid we shall send you your new board.

*Exclusions 

Boards bought through finance.

Any board in the sale of any sort.

The swapped board must be a full priced board, sorry you can't use any discount codes, part ex or sale boards.

Any damage has occurred on the purchased kit.
